Pray, Give, Serve
Pray
“Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence.”
1 Timothy 2:1-2
We have a team of intercessors who pray weekly, lifting up the members of our church in prayer. They also pray through our prayer requests. We’d love to be praying for you. If you have a prayer request, please feel free to fill out the form linked below. You can keep your request anonymous if you’d prefer. We believe prayer is powerful and that our God desires to hear from us and listens to our cries.

Serve
East London Church Community Service Team
Join one of the several community projects we are involved with, help us connect with a project in the East London area, or start your own! There are so many opportunities to take care of the marginalised, disadvantaged, misunderstood, forsaken or lost by bringing hope and healing so that everyone may have the opportunity to encounter God through personal and meaningful connections.
If you’re passionate about community service and desire to help facilitate these connections and connect the congregation with these opportunities, join the community service team.
Ways to Serve in the East London Church
There are several ways you can get involved in our church community. From the different components that make up our Sunday services to helping out with Kids Kingdom or our Teen Ministry, there are so many opportunities. If you love to make people feel welcomed, join our teas and coffees team or our ushers to help create a warm environment as we come together to worship. If you’ve got some tech skills join our stream team or slides team. If you care about pouring into our youth, consider serving in our Kids Kingdom classes. To get involved and find out more about how you can serve, message us on our contact form.
Give
We generally take two contributions, one for benevolence and one for the operations of the church – to go towards paying our staff, hiring our venues, and other operational expenses. If you’d like to donate, please click below.
